SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Orders are processed in Perth Western Australia and are sent via Australia Post either standard or express post depending which option you choose at the checkout. As a guide orders within Australia generally take 5-8 business days for standard post and 2-5 business days for express post.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
TURN AROUND TIMES
Art prints that are not personalised are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Personalised art prints can take a little longer as each print is custom designed, therefore can take up to 5 business days to be shipped. Please consider postage timeframes on top of these turnaround times.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We can only offer alterations to the personalised name/initial art prints. For example if you would prefer a name and/or initial to be done it capitals instead of lowercase on the personalised prints, you can do that! You would simply need to note this in the 'which name would you like on this print' box after you have carted your print.
As the rest of our art prints are all hand illustrated we can not make changes to the colours etc on those.

Yes we can send the art prints as a PDF so you can print yourself.
Please email hello@finchandmae.com.au with which prints you would like and in which sizes and we will make payment and download arrangements from there.
Please also note that these are personal use only and that purchased files can not be resold in digital or physical form and any commercial use is prohibited. By purchasing this product you agree and are bound by the above terms and conditions.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Please select your pieces carefully before purchasing as we only offer refunds if in the rare instance the item is faulty. We may be able to offer an exchange for change of mind or incorrect sizing subject to stock availability.
Please note we do not offer either returns or exchanges on sale items (does not include items purchased in bundle offers, just items that are displayed as 'on sale')
Items must meet the following before returning/exchanging:
- Items have been unworn with all tags still attached.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days since received.
- Items must be received by us within 14 days of approval for refund.
